Bali Prefab World offers a wide range of Prefabricated Bali Wood Houses and Prefabricated Bali Cottages made from locally available sustainable Tropical Hardwood or made from imported  FSC (*) certified engineered Pine from New Zealand.
You may browse thru the model pages showing a total of 70 standard Bali Prefab Houses either designed following the famous open ceiling Bali style or in a contemporary style. We have grouped the designs in the following categories: 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, large houses (3- to 4 bedrooms), 2-storey houses, a modular system and over-water units.

Drawings

On each of the pages mentioned above you will be given the opportunity to submit a request to receive the conceptual drawings of a model should you be interested in one of the plans. The drawings will be e-mailed in pdf format and comprise the floor plan and at least two elevations.

Custom design

The Bali Prefab Houses system is flexible and can be changed and/or modified to your personal wishes and requirements. Alternatively we may design and supply custom made units to an unlimited square area whether or not in the typical Bali House style or in your own preferred style.

Re-assembly at your end

Our Prefab Bali Houses are very easy to re-assemble with not one nail used. A little DIY experience will do the trick to install and connect the pre-cut bolts and fix the rest of the parts with the supplied stainless steel screws. You will receive detailed 3-D re-assembly drawings accompanied by pictures taken during the pre-assembly process at our yard in Bali. No need to engage a contractor.

Outsourcing a crew

So you wish we are able to outsource a crew to help and advise you to re-assemble the unit. We have an outsourcing document available based on 30 years of world-wide outsourcing experience. In many cases outsourcing turns out to be a cheaper option than the involvement of a local contractor.

Each model page contains a link via which you may request the latest interactive price list. Prices of all of our standard models are added to the list. The list shows prices for two options, viz; the low cost (budget) option and the De Luxe high end option.

Hurricanes and Earthquakes

We are often asked whether our Prefab Bali Houses are strong enough to withstand the forces imposed by a hurricane (cyclone) or earthquake. Yes they do. Our designs  fully comply with the International codes and regulations. For more detailed information log on to <Eartquakes and Cyclones>
