No need to engage a contractor to re-assemble the house at your end. The Prefabricated Bali Houses are designed in such a way to easily re-assemble the unit by yourself with only a little DIY experience. We do not use one nail. The assembly procedure is as easy and simple as the assembly of an IKEA © cabinet. However, if you wish to engage some professional help and advice during the re-assembly at your end we can outsource one or more of our specialized crew. Unlike most, if not all, other wooden house manufactureres in Indonesia who fabricate houses with single sided walls, we fabricate the houses with double sidings, (except the basic build option), hence an exterior siding and an interior siding, so creating a cavity (about 60 mm) which can be insulated and will hide the electric cables and plumbing lines.
Another feature is the newly adapted application of the air gap insulation system for roofs. We calculate the required insulation index (based on local building codes) and design the required air gap which is accomplished by furring strips. This system avoids the use of polystyrene, glass wool or rock wool and is much more effective in keeping a comfortable temperature inside the house. To learn more on how we are organized click <here>
