Step 1: Chose a model from one of our detail model pages. So you wish, make a screen print of the drawings shown. If done, continue with the next step, or you may first jump to step 4 to save time. After the inquiry has been sent continue with step 2.
Step 2: Scrutinize the design that you copied. If you are confident that this is what you are looking for continue with the next step.
Step 3: Determine the building option (basic, standard, premium or superior). Verify this via <prefab material options> (This may require some time and effort)
Step 4: Check the price via our <price list> you have to inquire for (the price list will be e-mailed within a period of max. 8 hours). If the price is right continue with the next step

In the event that you would like to have a unit build based on your own design we advise you to review this page <custom design>

B. SUPPLY

The supply of the home will be done by container. All parts of the kit will be neatly packed ans stuffed with the items that are first needed in front of the container. Depending on the shipment agreement with the cargo forwarder, the container will either be delivered at the nearest port or to your doorstep.

C. RE-ASSEMBLY

The assembly process is very simple and easy to do. You will receive a 3-D  assembly manual (similar to an IKEA kit), whereas all parts are neatly numbered and coded. For an example refer to <assembly manual>. No need to engage a contractor if you have some DIY experience and a few friends to help and assist you.

D. OUTSOURCING

Though our prefab houses are very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience there may be siutations when a clent wishes that our company re-assemble the unit or units at the client's end.

Based on an experience of 35 years in outsourcing BALI PREFAB WORLD has developed a detailed 15 page outsourcing document which covers the whole range of issues to deal with both for the client and our company during an outsourcing period, such as working hours, holidays, travel, illness, accidents, insurances, etc., etc.

We have an abstract available of our outsourcing document which you may inquire for. This abstract is only a global overview of the inter-party regulations and does not contain details. Paragraphs containing sensitive and/or personal informaiton have been omitted in the abstract. Nonetheless it provide a clear view of how we have arranged the outsourcing of our staff and workers. You may inquire for the abstract by contacting us via our contact form.

Finally we may advise you to download our 8 page pdf document alerting you to what to do and what not to do before ordering a wooden prefab unit in Indonesia from any wooden house manufacturer. We offer you the possibility to download a hard pdf copy < here >

Reviews from Bali Prefab World

"Bali Prefab World is doing an excellent job of modeling the 3-D finite element frame structure in STAAD and now analyzing the individual members to ensure that they are not overstressed. I have just completed a review of the column analysis for the primary columns supporting the roof, and it is well presented and clearly shows the members are adequate size. I have not seen anything like this before the way this report was presented and prepared with the vast knowledge behind. This type of analysis would not have been possible by hand calculation because of the complexity of the structure. Job well done Bali Prefab World".
