NOTE: THIS PAGE IS SOLELY INTENDED FOR THE BUYERS OF OUR WOODEN PREFAB HOUSES AS TO INFORM THEM  ABOUT THE HARDWARE THAT WE WILL USE FOR THE DOORS AND WINDOWS.  WE DO NOT SELL THIS HARDWARE SEPERATELY

GENERAL

For our sliding, pocket and folding doors and windows gear we apply the from Australia imported Henderson (©) system. This system was developed to enable almost any object to slide or fold. The gear systems are available as straight sliding or folding systems or be used in stacking doors/windows, pocket doors/windows or multiple grouped folding doors/windows. The system can alo be used for wardrobes, cabinets, cupboards, interior doors and room dividers (partitions). The residential gear application is considered to be any installation involving  individual door weights of up to 100 kg. Door weights higher than100 kg. are required to use industrial gear. Doors/windows can be top hung or supported on bottom rollers depending upon the building structure and permissible loadings. We will advice on the gear to be selected.  The gear system needs to be installed with utmost precision, since  sliding/folding doors and windows have 4 degrees of freedom, viz; left, right, up, down and yaw to the left and right. The smallest installation mistake will result in serious problems.

WEATHER RESISTANCE

The exterior sliding/folding doors and windows offers extremely good resistance to weather wtih components highy resistant to corrosion, featuring stainless steel hinges and bearing (316 marine grade) and anodised aluminum support track (anodised to 25 micron). The etxterior doors/windows also include weather seals and anti-draught rubber seals.

Prefab World Bali

Reviews from Prefab World Bali

Prefabworld Bali International is doing an excellent job of modeling the 3-D finite element frame structure in STAAD and now analyzing the individual members to ensure that they are not overstressed. I have just completed a review of the column analysis for the primary columns supporting the roof, and it is well presented and clearly shows the members are of adequate size. I have not seen anything like this the before the way this report was presented and prepared with the vast knowledge behind. It was that excellent. This type of analysis would not have been possible by hand calculation because of the complexity of the structures. Excellent job by Prefabworld Bali International.
