P.T. BALI PREFAB WORLD, the exclusive Indonesian designer and supplier of high quality prefabricated wooden house structures such as;

- cottages,
- 1 to 4-bedroom units,
- 2 storey units,
- villas,
- bungalows,
- modular housing,
- contemporaryy models,
- over water units,
- custom made models,
- bars,
- restaurants,
- hotels.

Our standard portfolio of wooden prefab houses range to over 92 different models. Without being conceited we may say that BALI PREFAB WORLD is the only manufacturer in Indonesia offering such a wide range of different models whereas most of them can be upgraded to CYCLONE RATING.

All of our houses are build from genuine Indonesian hardwoods from certified and sustainably managed felling concessions overseen by the Ministry of Forestry of Indonesia. The following Indonesian hardwoods are used by us:

- Bangkirai (*),
- Merbau (*),
- Camphor,
- Kempas,
- Nyatoh,
- Keruing

(*) The heartwood of these types of wood is the only termite resistant wood species found in Indonesia which is used for wooden prefab houses. The heartwood of Iron wood is the other termite resistant wood species, however, is banned from being exported.

Our prefab Bali homes are highlighted by the characteristic Dickey roof shape and the typical open inside roof structure with an open truss system.

Special feature: Not one nail is used in our prefab structures. All connections are either bolted with stainless steel bolts and/or fixed with stainless steel screws. Very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience.

P.T. BALI PREFAB WORLD exports wordlwide.

Reviews from Bali Prefab World

"Bali Prefab World is doing an excellent job of modeling the 3-D finite element frame structure in STAAD and now analyzing the individual members to ensure that they are not overstressed. I have just completed a review of the column analysis for the primary columns supporting the roof, and it is well presented and clearly shows the members are adequate size. I have not seen anything like this before the way this report was presented and prepared with the vast knowledge behind. This type of analysis would not have been possible by hand calculation because of the complexity of the structure. Job well done Bali Prefab World".
